Realtor Ivan Trentin is registered at the Regional Council of Realtors in Rio Grande do Sul with the number 51.798. Fluent in English, is also a teacher at FISK Teaching Center, by which is directly connected to the Americans who come to Horizontina to live through John Deere.

Ivan is graduated in Philosophy by PUC Viamão-RS, and has recently concluded his MBA in People’s Management through UNOPAR.

This realtor is responsible for the business management at Grizza Real Estate, and has performed in an efficient way regarding property management, working with productivity, honesty and diligence both in rent matters and in selling real estate.

He is an active member of Horizontina Rotary Club, undertaking different functions in the club, and considers it his second home. He is the elected club president for the Rotarian year 2017-2018.
